Tasty Turkey Pot Pie
Serves 6

Ingredients

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbells® Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
4 oz turkey breast, cooked, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2 cup yam, baked, peeled, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2 cup green peas, no salt added, frozen, thawed
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1 tsp dried sage
pinch of white pepper -or to taste
1 cup Bisquick® mix, reduced-fat
2 egg whites
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1/4 tsp dried basil, crushed

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together the soup, turkey, yam, peas, milk, sage and pepper. Pour into a 10″ pie plate.
  3. In another bowl mix the Bisquick® mix, eggs, milk and basil. Do not over mix. Pour over the turkey mixture and spread evenly.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until top is golden.
