If you’re like us, you sometimes find it hard to get the vitamins your body needs day-to-day, specifically in the summer. Did you know that aside from being delicious, guava is a source of Vitamin A, potassium, iron, and fiber? In fact, one cup of guava has 5 times as much vitamin C as a medium size orange. Stay healthy and refreshed this summer with a guava/mango fruit smoothie!
