This easy tropical smoothie is perfect for a hot summer day!


  • 1/2 medium guava or mango (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 small banana (or 1/2 of a medium banana)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Handful of ice


  • Cut the guava in half and scoop out the seed pods. Remove the fruit from the skin. If using a mango, cut the fruit from the seed and remove the flesh from the skin.
  • Slice banana into chunks.
  • Put fruit into a blender with orange juice and ice; blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
