Bran Pancake Recipe

Makes: 12 pancakes (cut in half for tasting, serving 24)

Ingredients:

1 cup All Bran® Original cereal, crushed

½ cup whole wheat flour

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

pinch (1/8 tsp) kosher salt 1 tsp lemon zest

½ cup fresh blueberries 1¾ cups low fat buttermilk 1 egg white

1 whole egg, beaten non-stick cooking spray

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl combine the bran, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, lemon zest and blueberries, set
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the applesauce, buttermilk and eggs together until well blended. Pour mixture into flour mixture and stir ingredients together until well
